Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of CabCount, operated by Iinovex Technologies Ltd. By using CabCount, you agree not to do any of the following.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading financial records, receipts, or earnings data
- Use CabCount to facilitate tax evasion or any other unlawful activity
- Attempt to access another driver's or accountant's data without authorisation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Use automated systems to create accounts or extract data at scale without our permission
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or content designed to disrupt the service
- Share your account credentials with others or use another person's account
- Use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or organisation
2. Accountant Portal Conduct
Accountants granted access to a driver's account via the Accountant Portal must only access the data necessary to provide accounting services to that specific client, and must not share or export that data beyond what's reasonably needed for that purpose.
3. Consequences of Breach
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required.
4. Reporting Misuse
If you believe another user is misusing CabCount, contact support@cabcount.co.uk.
