Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
New CabCount accounts include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account settings to avoid being charged.
2. Subscription Charges
Once your trial ends, your chosen plan (Sole Trader, Limited Company, or Accountant) will be billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection) via Stripe, until you cancel.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period — you'll retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
4. Refunds
As CabCount is a digital service delivered immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact billing@cabcount.co.uk within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case individually.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, where applicable.
